When using a credit card as payment, there is no security deposit required. The credit card is held on file for damages. After check-out, the property will be inspected and if damages are found, you will be sent an invoice and the card on file will be charged.
When paying by PayPal, a $500 refundable deposit is due with the initial payment. After check-out, the property will be inspected and the deposit refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of departure.

A one-time cleaning fee of $250 applies no matter how long you stay. This fee covers general cleaning of the property between guests, restocking of paper products, & washing and replacing all linens.

House is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted in the outside areas

Security deposit (if applicable) plus half the balance is due when the reservation is made.

The final half of the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

If check-in is less than 30 days away at the time of booking, the full payment is due when the reservation is made.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

When making a reservation, you will be emailed a rental agreement that lists all the policies for the property.
